The Chicago Steel are proud members of the Fox Valley community. We are happy to support charitable organizations that positively impact our community through in-kind donations. However, due to the high volume of requests we receive, the following guidelines must be followed to be considered for an in-kind item:
- All donation requests must be received by the Steel no later than four (4) weeks prior to the date of your event.
- Requesting non-profit organizations must have 501c3 tax exempt status. If you are a business sponsoring a charitable event, please ask a member of the charity to complete the donation request form.
- Item must be used to raise money in an auction or raffle.
- Requests MUST include the event date and organization's 501c3 tax ID number (if applicable).
- We do not accept personal items to be mailed in or dropped off for signatures of players and coaches.
- Donations are limited to one per organization, per season.
- Requests relating to the following are ineligible to receive donations:
-For-profit awards, prizes and incentive programs
-Requests for monetary donations
-Individuals or individual pursuits or political groups
All donation requests must be received by mail or email at least four (4) weeks prior to your event. We ask that organizations pick up the items from the Steel Front Office once they are notified that their request has been filled.
