Accessing your tickets
STEP 1: New purchasers will need to create a profile.
Steel season ticket holders and group purchasers for the 2024-2025 season will already have an email and password created. If you do not know the email address associated with your account, contact the Steel at 855-51-STEEL for assistance.
Tap Reset Password if you are unable to remember your password or to set a password for the first time.
STEP 2: Once logged in to your account, tap View Tickets to view your tickets for your next game or tap View All Ticket Inventory to view tickets for all future dates.
*If you would prefer to print your tickets, click the 'Print Tickets' option on the left side of the screen and follow the prompts.
Step 3: After selecting the date of the game you are attending, a list of tickets for that date will appear. Tap on the specific tickets to view the barcode.
Step 4: After selecting specific tickets, a barcode will appear. Please have this page visible on your phone when you approach the gate.
Tap Next Ticket to scan barcodes on any additional tickets you may have.
The Steel strongly recommend saving tickets to your Apple or Google wallet for quick retrieval on game days.
Forwarding Tickets
STEP 1: New purchasers will need to create a profile.

Tap Reset Password if you are unable to remember your password or to set a password for the first time.
STEP 2: Once logged into your account, tap View Tickets to view tickets for the next game or View All Ticket Inventory to view future games.
STEP 3: Select the game date you would like to transfer.
STEP 4: Once you have selected a game, click on the 'Ticket Actions' button at the bottom of the page and choose 'Forward'.
STEP 5: Select the tickets you would like to forward and click on the 'Choose Friend' button at the bottom of the page.
STEP 6: Choose the friend who will receive your tickets or click 'Add Friend' at the bottom of the screen to add a new friend.
STEP 7: Once you have selected a friend, hit the 'Forward Tickets' button at the bottom of the page.
STEP 8: You will see the following screen appear, letting you know that your tickets have been successfully transferred.
(optional) Printing Your Tickets

STEP 2: Once logged in to your account, select the 'Print Tickets' option on the left side of the menu.
STEP 3: Select the tickets that you would like to print and click 'continue.'
STEP 4: Confirm that the tickets listed are the same ones that you would like to print and click 'Print Tickets.'
STEP 5: Select the tickets that you would like to print and click 'View & Print Tickets.'
STEP 6: Proceed to print your tickets by following the prompts on your computer. The image show below may be different from what you see.
