CHICAGO STEEL ALUMNI QUALIFICATIONS
To be considered a Chicago Steel alumnus, a skater must have appeared in EITHER ten (10) regular-season United States Hockey League games with the club OR at least one (1) Clark Cup Playoffs game with the team. Goaltenders must have appeared in EITHER five (5) regular-season USHL games with the team OR at least one (1) Clark Cup Playoffs game. Specified players are organized into a tier system based on their success at higher levels.
TIER SYSTEM QUALIFICATIONS
- TIER 1: Players in Tier 1 have played in at least 100 regular-season games in the National Hockey League (NHL)
- TIER 2: Players in Tier 2 have made their NHL debut OR are currently signed to an NHL contract
- TIER 3: Players in Tier 3 have earned individual honors from either their NCAA Conference or the NCAA while playing at the NCAA Division I level
