How to Purchase Tickets
Tickets for Chicago Steel games are priced at $20 for Blue Zone seats, $15 for White Zone seats, and $10 for Red Zone seats. Tickets may be purchased at ChicagoSteelHockeyTeam.com.
Fans may also purchase tickets during regular business hours by calling 855-51-STEEL or at the Steel Box Office at Fox Valley Ice Arena from 9 am – 6 pm Mon.-Fri., and on gamedays from 10 am through the end of game.
Digital Tickets
New for the 2022-2023 season all Steel tickets will be digital and available on your phone!

Parking
Parking is always free at Fox Valley Ice Arena. Fans are encouraged to arrive early to secure the best spaces, and overflow parking should use the Kane County Cougars lots.
Gates
Gates at Fox Valley Ice Arena will open 60 minutes prior to puck drop (6:05 pm for 7:05 pm games, 2:05 pm for 3:05 pm games and 5:05 pm for 6:05 pm games).
Masks
On February 28, 2022, Illinois Governor Pritzker lifted the state's indoor mask mandate. Starting with our home game March 5, 2022, masks are recommended, but not required, for fans attending Chicago Steel home games including all common areas of Fox Valley Ice Arena.
Food and Beverage Menu
A full food and beverage menu, provided by concessionaire Rookies All-American Pub, will be available on game nights. This will include traditional arena fare, snacks, soft drinks, water, beer and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
